Hayfever Honey

Our Hayfever Honey, which is derived from the uncapping process, has a much higher presence of pollen granules than our Raw Honey.
 
Following the cold-uncapping process, raw honey from the capping wax is filtered and mixed with additional bee pollen and propolis from our beehives across south-east Melbourne to form this special product.
 
The honey derived from this process is extremely limited, as it represents about 5% of the total honey harvest.
 
Please note that the efficacy of this product is not scientifically proven as a hay fever remedy.
